How it works
You sell. Our partner issues. We run everything in the middle.
You meet travelers at the moment they need a document. You hand them your QR code. Expedify handles the order, the payment, and the support. You earn the commission.
The customer orders through you.
Your QR, your counter. Wherever you already talk to them. They check out on expedify.com.
Our fulfilment partner issues it.
The International Driving Permit is issued by our fulfilment partner, IDA, in UN Convention format. You hold no inventory and do no fulfilment.
$13.80 lands in your dashboard.
Tracked from the moment the sale clears. It's 20% of a $69 International Driving Permit, held 30 days then released to your first-week-of-month payout.
First week of the month, you're paid.
USD, to your bank, PayPal, or local e-wallet, with a full statement attached. No cash ever changes hands at your counter.
Who can become an agent?

“Do I need a permit to drive here?”
A tourist is picking up their rental car and asks the question you already hear every week. Here is the whole conversation. You point, you show your QR, and you are done.
- You check they have a valid licence before you submit. You do not advise on visa eligibility or legal requirements beyond that.
- They pay Expedify, never you. No cash crosses your counter.
- Your name is on the receipt. If anything is off, they contact Expedify, not you.

Wait, do I need an international license to drive here?
You do, yeah. Most rentals here want an International Driving Permit alongside your home license. I can show you the quickest way to get one.
Is this legit? Who am I paying?
You pay Expedify directly, not me. I never touch your card. My name is on your receipt, so you know who pointed you here. Fixed $69, money back if they miss the delivery day.
Ordered. You just earned $13.80.
The first document
Their license isn't enough. The International Driving Permit makes it legal.
It turns a driver's home license into the format 189+ countries recognize. Most rental desks abroad ask for it. Your guests already bring you the question before they drive off.
- Recognized in 189+ countries.
- Digital copy in 8 minutes, printed card by mail.
- Translates the license into the local language.
Fixed $69. Submitted correctly, money back if we miss the day we said.
Offering next
You hand over a QR code. That's where your job ends. If a document is late or wrong, the customer calls Expedify, never you. We hold the order, the payment, and the liability.

“Tourists always asked me where to get a driving permit before they drove off. Now I show my QR, and it opens a page with my name and our counter on it. It feels like me, not some random website. So they order, and $13.80 lands in my account.”
Tomás, travel-paperwork concierge at a rental-car counter, Lisbon

Commission
You get paid three ways, all at once.
You earn 20% on your own sales. If you brought another agent in, you earn 10% on their orders, and 7% on the orders from agents they bring in. It all lands in one payout. Nothing to buy, and you only earn when something actually sells.

Become an Expedify agent, help travelers get the documents they already ask you about, and earn 20% on every order. That's $13.80 on a $69 driving permit.
Expedify is a global travel-document services platform and agent network. We help travelers get government-issued and government-adjacent documents — International Driving Permits, visas, civil records, certified translations, and more — at fixed prices, in 12+ languages, with a real person behind every support reply.
Yes. There are no signup fees, monthly membership fees, buy-in costs, or minimum purchase requirements. Your earnings are tied entirely to real sales you originate.
You earn 20% of the net sale price on every order you originate. On a $69 one-year IDP that's $13.80. On a $75 two-year IDP it's $15.00. On a $79 three-year IDP it's $15.80. You also earn 10% on orders from agents you recruit directly, and 7% on orders from agents they recruit — two tiers deep, no further.
Anyone who already meets travelers at the moment they need a document — rental-car counter staff, hotel concierges, hostel front desks, travel-agency desks, expat-community fixers, and relocation consultants. You apply, we review, and approved agents receive a personal QR code linked to their Trackdesk account. No document experience required.
International Driving Permits to start — 1-year ($69), 2-year ($75), and 3-year ($79). Visas, ETAs, apostilles, and certified translations follow as we open each vertical. You earn 20% on whatever the customer orders through your QR.
No. The customer pays the same fixed price whether they order through your QR or directly on expedify.com. Your 20% comes out of Expedify's service fee, not on top of the customer's price.
Before you show your QR, confirm three things: the customer holds a valid, unexpired, government-issued domestic driver's licence; the licence expiry meets or exceeds the IDP duration they're buying (1, 2, or 3 years from issuance); and the licence category covers the vehicle class they intend to drive internationally. That check is your responsibility. After the order is placed, Expedify and our fulfilment partner handle everything else.
If a customer wants a digital IDP, you must tell them — before purchase — that many car rental companies require a physical IDP and may refuse a digital version at the counter, and that traffic authorities in many countries may reject a digital copy. Failure to give these disclosures transfers liability for any resulting loss to you, not Expedify. Our fulfilment partner strongly recommends the physical printed IDP.
Every commission enters a 30-day hold from the sale confirmation date in Trackdesk. Once it clears — no refund or chargeback — it is included in your next monthly payout cycle. Payouts go to your bank, PayPal, Wise, or another supported method with a full statement attached. The customer always pays expedify.com directly; no cash ever crosses your counter.
Your first name, your role, and your venue. The receipt states your 20% commission, confirms the customer paid the standard price with no premium, and shows a real person standing behind their document.
Yes. When you recruit another agent and they make sales, you earn 10% on their orders (Level 1). If they recruit someone who also sells, you earn 7% on those orders (Level 2). The network stops there — two tiers maximum. There is no payment for the act of recruiting; every dollar is tied to a completed sale.
For fulfilment and delivery issues the customer contacts Expedify, not you. We own the order and the support. Your responsibility ends once you've completed the licence validation check and placed the order correctly. Skip the check, or sell a digital IDP without the required disclosures, and that liability shifts to you.
