Overview

1.1 Purpose of the Platform

Expedify is a global travel services platform and agent network that connects independent agents, affiliates, creators, businesses, and service providers with travel-related products and services offered directly by Expedify or by third-party providers.

The platform enables users to promote travel-related services, earn commissions, manage referrals and sub-agents, access marketing and software tools, and participate in commission-based programs.

1.2 Legal Entity

Expedify is operated by Expedify Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("Company", "Expedify", "we", "our", or "us").

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To use Expedify, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining account security, safeguarding login credentials, and all activities conducted under your account. Expedify may suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

2.3 Business Accounts

If registering on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Services & Platform Usage

3.1 Nature of the Platform

Expedify operates as a technology platform, referral network, affiliate system, and service facilitation marketplace. Expedify may directly provide certain services or facilitate services offered by third-party providers.

3.2 No Government Affiliation

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Expedify is not a government agency and is not affiliated with any embassy, immigration office, licensing authority, or governmental organization. Certain services may involve third-party providers, licensed entities, or government-authorized partners.

3.3 Third-Party Services

Some products or services available through the Platform are fulfilled or operated by third parties. Expedify does not guarantee approval outcomes, visa issuance, travel authorization approval, government acceptance, border entry, or uninterrupted service availability.

3.4 Platform Modifications

We may modify features, suspend programs, remove tools, update commission structures, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

Agent & Affiliate Network

4.1 Participation

Agents and Affiliates may promote approved services using websites, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, or other approved channels.

4.2 Multi-Tier Network

Expedify may operate multi-tier referral and agent structures where users can earn commissions from referrals and downstream network activity. Participation does not create employment, partnership, franchise, agency, securities ownership, or guaranteed income relationships.

4.3 Independent Contractor Status

All Agents and Affiliates operate as independent contractors. You are solely responsible for taxes, permits, compliance obligations, disclosures, and local legal requirements.

4.4 No Guaranteed Earnings

Expedify does not guarantee income, commissions, profits, customer volume, or business success. Results vary based on effort, market conditions, and other factors.

Commissions & Payments

5.1 Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned only for valid Desired Actions as determined by Expedify. Transactions may be reviewed, adjusted, reversed, withheld, or canceled due to refunds, fraud, abuse, duplicate transactions, chargebacks, policy violations, invalid traffic, or provider disputes.

5.2 Payment Methods

Users must provide valid payment information. Expedify may support bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Stripe, cryptocurrency, or other supported payout methods. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

5.3 Taxes

Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from commissions or platform earnings.

5.4 Withholding Rights

Expedify reserves the right to delay payments, conduct compliance reviews, request verification documents, or permanently withhold commissions where fraud, abuse, policy violations, or legal risks are suspected.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in fraud or deceptive practices, impersonate Expedify or government agencies, make misleading claims, use spam marketing, use unauthorized trademarks, manipulate tracking systems, generate fake traffic or fake transactions, engage in unlawful MLM or pyramid scheme practices, violate advertising laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or interfere with Platform operations.

6.1 Restricted Traffic Sources

Unless expressly approved, users may not use incentivized traffic, fraudulent clicks, bots, misleading ads, fake identities, cookie stuffing, or unauthorized paid search bidding.

6.2 Compliance Obligations

Users are responsible for complying with local marketing laws, consumer protection regulations, privacy laws, disclosure requirements, and platform-specific advertising rules.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including logos, trademarks, software, systems, branding, text, graphics, marketing assets, and platform functionality — remains the exclusive property of Expedify or its licensors. Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use approved materials for participation in the Platform.

Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Users handling customer data must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations where applicable.

Disclaimers

The Platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available." Expedify makes no warranties regarding uptime, earnings, availability, service approval, government acceptance, or uninterrupted functionality. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expedify shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, lost business opportunities, reputational harm, service interruptions, government decisions, provider failures, or third-party actions. Total liability shall not exceed the total commissions or fees paid to the user during the previous six (6) months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expedify, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, policy violations, unlawful conduct, misleading marketing, or infringement of third-party rights.

Suspension & Termination

Expedify may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for policy violations, fraud, abuse, reputational risks, legal risks, inactivity, or operational reasons. Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions, removal from the network, and deactivation of referral structures.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration or courts located in Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

Expedify may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
